The government has now advised that people within the Turkey only leave home for essential purposes until for further notice. Therefore, guests will not be able to visit Turkey until after this period. Our absolute priority is the health of our guests, owners and society as a whole. It is important that we all work together to keep everyone safe and well.
We have tried to answer questions you might have around this travel ban below. Given how important this is we ask that you read these questions before contacting our team. We are receiving a large amount of enquiries and will be prioritising those who have a booking before 30 April, thereafter we will be working through bookings week by week in priority order by date of travel. following the most recent government travel advice.

Yes, we always recommend that you have comprehensive travel insurance. We recommend you take out a policy which covers you in the event of cancellation and has good medical coverage for international trips. Your coverage in the event of coronavirus-related issues will depend on your insurer. Please contact them if you have questions.

The price of your current stay is based on this year’s pricing and can adjust throughout the year as we move between seasons. This is a standard practice for all travel companies, as prices are generally higher in the summer or bank or school holidays.
If you select dates that are cheaper than your previous booking then you will be offered a refund for the difference, you must however book for the same number of nights or more nights than the original booking. If you would like to match the price of your current booking we recommend you pick autumn dates or similar dates in 2021.

As each country and region has implemented there own rules and guidelines for travel Crosscom Exclusive Tours will not be advising or providing information on this topic. If you’re unsure about what travel restrictions are currently in place we recommend you contact the transport operator directly or the local government as they will be able to provide additional information around current travel rules and guidelines.

If you are planning to travel but haven’t yet booked your trip, we recommend reviewing the latest travel advice of your national or local authority before doing so. It’s also a good idea to check flight, train, bus and ferry services directly with the operator as emergency schedules may be in place.

If you’ve already booked your trip and your upcoming plans include travel to an impacted region or country, check with your national or local authority to get up to speed with the latest travel restrictions and health safety information. Don’t forget to reach out to your travel operator, hotel, travel insurer or travel agency for advice concerning existing bookings.

The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends following the below measures to protect yourself and others from spreading the virus:
Wash your hands frequently
Maintain social distancing of at least 1 meter between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth as these are the common areas in which the virus can enter your body.
Practice respiratory hygiene by carrying around tissues, covering your mouth and mouth with your bent elbow when coughing or sneezing and disposing of used tissues immediately.
Stay home if you feel unwell and seek medical attention if you have fever, cough or breathing difficulties.
